Human Capital Valuation Advisors (HCV Advisors) was created after identifying gaps in the lower to middle-market for talent expertise. Most Private Equity and Venture Capital firms focus on talent acquisition for their investments/portfolios, but few have an in-house expert capable of owning and driving it. They find it difficult to substantiate hiring a full-time resource based on existing volume of searches or needs, which results in either the absence of this valuable resource or having to pay top dollar to outsource to multiple vendors.
HCV Advisors was developed to offset the need for a permanent resource for PE/VC firms. In essence, HCV Advisors becomes their strategic Talent Partner offering a one-stop shopping for services – Search Execution, Talent Management, Leadership Team Assessments, Organizational Reviews, Contact Database Management and Business Development.

Prior to starting Human Capital Valuation Advisors, Jon served as Senior Director, Executive Search and Talent Research for publicly-traded, international SaaS company, Pegasystems. Previously, Jon was SVP and Partner for WinterWyman Executive Search, where he spent over 20 years expanding its business including serving as a founding member of its Executive Search practice. Earlier, Jon was the Director of Human Resources for StockPower / OWNx, a startup e-commerce marketplace with a stock-based rewards platform. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Advisory Board for language-based SaaS company, Voxy.
